The church is affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF, Inc.), the Alabama Baptist Convention, and the Birmingham Baptist Association. Currently the church has 300-400 in Sunday School and worship.
Pastoral care and visitation, general management and development of ministerial staff, and leadership of education/discipleship initiatives. Participation with mission initiatives is essential, with special attention to our sister urban church.
Education and Experience:
Masters degree from an ATS accredited seminary required, with Ph.D. or D.Min. optional. Minimum of five years experience as pastor or associate pastor strongly preferred.
